Skoda has revealed the Peaq, its largest production vehicle to date and a new flagship seven seat electric SUV built on the Volkswagen Group’s MEB platform. Measuring 4.87 metres in length, it is inspired by the Vision 7S concept and marks a major step in Skoda’s EV expansion.
The Peaq offers seating for up to seven passengers and strong practicality. Boot space measures 299 litres with all seats in use, expanding to 935 litres in five seat mode. A front storage compartment adds extra usability thanks to the dedicated EV architecture.
Two battery options are offered. The Peaq 60 uses a 63 kWh pack with a rear motor producing 201 hp, achieving 0-100 kph in 8.4 seconds and up to 450 km of range. The Peaq 90 features a 91 kWh battery with 282 hp, while the AWD 90x adds a second motor, cutting the 0-100 kph time to 6.7 seconds. Range is rated up to 639 km for RWD and 610 km for AWD.
Design follows Skoda’s Modern Solid language with flush handles, a slim lighting signature and a 0.249 drag coefficient. Inside, it features a 13.6-inch touchscreen, wireless charging, driver assists and optional upgrades including ventilated seats and a 16-speaker Sonos system. SportLine trim is also available.
