Gunther Werks has revealed Project Endgame, a one-off commission that pushes the reimagined Porsche 993 platform to its absolute limits. Designed without compromise, the build highlights the brand’s most extreme take yet on the final air-cooled 911.

The car features extensive carbon-fiber bodywork, engineered to reduce weight while significantly improving aerodynamics. Its aggressive design includes a large rear wing, deep front splitter, and optimized air channels, all working together to increase downforce and cooling. Every exterior element is shaped with both performance and visual impact in mind.
At the heart of Project Endgame is a Rothsport Racing-built 4.0-liter twin-turbocharged flat-six producing 850 hp and 895 Nm of torque. The high-performance engine revs up to 7,500 rpm and sends power exclusively to the rear wheels through a six-speed manual gearbox, preserving the classic 911 driving experience while delivering modern supercar performance.

Inside, the cabin follows a fully bespoke approach. Lightweight materials, custom finishes, and tailor-made details define the interior, blending heritage-inspired design with modern craftsmanship. Every component is individually specified, reinforcing the car’s one-off status.
Project Endgame stands as a showcase of what’s possible when engineering and personalization are pushed to the extreme. By combining advanced materials, immense power, and a fully customized design, Gunther Werks has created a machine that bridges classic Porsche DNA with cutting-edge performance.
